
What is a meet and greet?
A meet and greet is a complimentary service I offer to new clients. I believe that getting to meet a pup with their owner present is a great way to start off on the right paw. They typically last ~15-30 minutes, and are free of charge! The owner has time to show me their pup’s normal routine, where their treats are, water bowl location, where they will be returned post walk, etc!
What are your hours of operation?
- Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm.
- Walk requests are still available for every weekday and weekend 8am – 8pm.
Any walks that take place outside of M-F, 9am-5pm, are subject to additional fees and my own availability to visit.
Is Pink’s Pups bonded and insured?
Yes! Pink’s Pups is bonded and insured by Pet Sitters Associates.
What areas do you service?
While I’m based in Totem Lake, I offer my services to most of Seattle’s Eastside: Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Woodinville, Bellevue, and Mill Creek. I do extend my services outside of these areas, based on my own availability.
Do I need to book multiple walks to have you visit?
Nope- You can book a walk at anytime, no matter the quantity. Even “An hour walk three Thursdays from now.” works fine! Walk requests sent in at least a week in advance are much easier for me to schedule, and will most definitely be confirmed.
What is an arrival window?
Arrival windows are slots of time that a visit is guaranteed to begin within. They are two (2) hours wide, unless your pup is younger than 6 months old. Puppies younger than 6 months have a one (1) hour arrival window.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash payment is preferred at the time of walk! All payments are due within one week. After seven days have passed, a fee of $10 will be applied to the balance.
What does Pink’s Pups consider to be a holiday?
Pink’s Pups recognizes the following holidays, which are subject to holiday fees:
- Labor Day (September 17th)
- Columbus Day (October 12th)
- Veterans Day (November 11th)
- Thanksgiving (November 26th)
- Christmas Eve (December 24th)
- Christmas (December 25th)
All holiday visits are especially subject to availability, so it’s best to send in requests asap. (:
Does Pink’s Pups offer overnight sitting?

What is your cancellation policy?
My cancellation policy works as follows, if you cancel after 5pm the day prior, there will be a 50% fee of the original visit cost. If a walk is cancelled less than one hour before scheduled, it will be 100% of the original visit cost.
For example, if you have a walk scheduled for 12pm on Wednesday and cancel at:
- 4:00pm on Tuesday (no fee)
- 8:00pm on Tuesday (50% fee)
- 10:00am on Wednesday (50% fee)
- 11:30am on Wednesday (100% fee)
